the free shuttle bus service is excellent and I appreciated...
the free shuttle bus service is excellent and I appreciated being so close to the airport as it made my onward journey much easier. The price for a room for one person was 239 euros, which I find extortionate whether or not this is what hotels in Dublin charge. The breakfast was a buffet which was very disappointing. I expected table service for breakfast at this price. The food had been picked over and it was just not good enough.
the reception staff on arrival were excellent and welcoming. The restaurant staff were lovely. Drinks and food are overpriced in my opinion.

Santry was ideal for us as it was close to the airport yet...
Santry was ideal for us as it was close to the airport yet only 20-30 minutes by bus from Dublin. We had lunch in the on-site restaurant, and although it took longer than expected for our pizza, all the food was well prepared and tasty. Staff was accommodating, providing fans for the room as requested, and check-in & -out was a breeze.

Santry is NOT a destination!! It is a near-airport hotel!
Santry is NOT a destination!! It is a near-airport hotel! Anyone staying more than one night would go to Dublin or other areas of Fingal, but there is not much in Santry other than the shopping center and DUB airport!!

We were very pleased.
We were very pleased. This was our final stay of 8 nights in Ireland and it was close to groceries stores and a yummy fast food place. We had parking for our car. The rooms were very comfy and the food great.

We were there purely for attending the Santry Sports Clinic...
We were there purely for attending the Santry Sports Clinic and it was well located for this purpose. There also seemed to be regular shuttles to the airport. We ate in the restaurant and enjoyed our meals. The staff were great.
I should clarify that this is for the Crowne Plaza, not Holiday Inn Express. The shuttle driver told us when we were picked up at the airport that we were going to the “sister hotel”. And sure enough they had our reservation.
That being said, we had a very comfortable stay. Just an overnight to get back to the airport. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. The buffet in the morning was spectacular, I wish I could have had a leisurely breakfast rather than rushing off. The airport shuttle was very convenient.
We stayed for one-night after our late evening flight on New Years Eve arrived in Dublin. The shuttle was still running and it was short ride to the hotel. We got an upgrade to a bigger room, which had a second bedroom with bunkbeds for children, if needed. The main bedroom was very large and comfortable. We had booked breakfast and it was very delicious and filling, with lots of choices and fresh fruit. Great way to start the day!
We booked the Holiday Inn Express (Dublin Airport), due to arriving back very late from a trip to Italy. To our surprise, we were informed that the Hotel had closed and that we were being 'upgraded' to the neighbouring Crowne Plaza. The upgrade was superb, with a magnificent breakfast, wonderful room and great facilities. The staff were all very courteous and nothing was a problem.
Wait staff and bartenders were personable, professional and accommodating, as were front desk and housekeeping. My wife twisted her ankle when we were coming back from dropping off our car rental at the airport. Staff were all helpful to assist with our immediate logistics. Early morning hotel shuttle driver was extremely helpful and we forwent our cab, who was late.
Staff was friendly and helpful. We had the family suite for our family of four - the room layout was interesting and our kids loved having their own room (w/in the suite). Free shuttle was convenient - it's about 15mins. from Dublin Airport. Onsite restaurant - best burger ever and good fish and chips. We ordered room service and it was delicious!
Great stay near the airport! The staff at the front desk were lovely. The shuttle was extremely convenient and I felt the drivers went above and beyond. The restaurant food was tasty and I recommend booking in the breakfast option. I will definitely be staying here again next time I have a layover in Dublin.
The room was well equipped with coffee, a small fridge, comfy bed, and chargers for my electronics. I booked this hotel because it had an airport shuttle and the price was fair. The airport shuttle did not disappoint! The driver was friendly and punctual.
Great location for the night before an early flight from Dublin airport. The shuttle bus service was very handy. Beds were comfortable. The restaurant was good. We left too early for the included breakfast but provided us with a basic packed breakfast.
Excellent location near Dublin airport and next to a nice park. My room had a view of the park. Comfortable, modern hotel with good restaurant. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Quiet and clean. Good fitness room. Free airport shuttle.
It is great value for money, it’s close to the airport, the rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The full Irish breakfast is great and the covered parking at EUR10 per 24 hours is very reasonable for Dublin.
Fabulous location able to walk through domaine to shopping centre for restaurants and cinema. Hotel clean, staff pleasant and professional, relaxed atmosphere and quiet area of Dublin, but near all amenities
I like the crown plaza hotel thats where I stay coz this hotel is closed. So my rate 8s for the crown plaza hotel. The Hilton is closed they moved me there without notice at all.
We spent just a night as we had an early flight from Dublin Airport.
The shuttle bus was great from and to the airport.
The restaurant at the hotel also serves a lovely food.
The hotel was close to the airport and grocery stores. The lounge provided an excellent menu with good food options. The staff were super friendly and professional.
